We deliver Mondays to Friday. We don’t deliver on public holidays, except for Valentine’s Day, Mothers’ Day or if you have a special event that you would like us to provide the flowers for.

Within the Northampton and Geraldton Regions. To deliver outside of these regions, please get in touch with us.

Yes! Our dried products can be shipped across Australia.

Unfortunately we cannot offer same-day delivery.

The cut-off time for next day delivery is 4pm the day prior.

If the flowers are going to a closed apartment building we will need as much information as you can provide. The recipients phone number would be ideal as our driver will need to arrange access to any locked complex. We want the recipient to get the flowers on the intended day. The more information we are provided with the greater the chance we can facilitate the delivery on the correct day!

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any problems or you are not happy with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to make you happy!

We will always make sure your flowers are left in a cool, shady area. If you would like them left somewhere in particular, please fill out special instructions on the order page. Your flowers will have a water source to keep them nice and hydrated.

We recommend placing your custom floral order at least 7–10 days in advance to ensure availability of your preferred flowers and to allow us enough time to design your arrangement to perfection. For larger events or specific seasonal blooms, earlier bookings are appreciated.
